Which situation is worse/less justified.


1.) Stealing your bedridden (vomiting, fever, etc.) brother out of his house while he is asleep to tour around France.


2.) Beating your fiance's brother with a metal pipe, leaving him with a gash across the face and a severely bruised arm to teach him a lesson for stealing your bedridden fiance from his house and going to Europe.
